Questions about pricing.
What exactly is a credit?
A unit of work, not a token. Credits are spent on what you actually get done: composing a page, refining it with the assistant, writing the email or the call prep that follows. Composing a page is by far the largest share of it, the follow-ups barely register. We set your starting volume with you during the demo.
What happens to the credits I do not use?
They roll over into the following month and are spent before the new ones, so nothing sits unused by accident. Whatever is still unused at the end of that second month expires for good. Credits never roll over twice.
Can I buy more credits without changing plan?
Yes. On top of your subscription, add 25 credits for €29 or 50 credits for €55 whenever a month runs busy. Top-up credits stay valid for twelve months. They cost a little more per credit than the subscription: past fifty credits a month, we set a larger volume with you.
What does yearly billing change?
It is charged once for twelve months and works out at two months free. The yearly figures above are already the monthly equivalent, so Starter reads €41 a month instead of €49.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and yearly, or add a top-up, from your account settings. Payment method, invoices and cancellation live in the Stripe billing portal.
